I believe in a collaborative approach to psychotherapy focusing on clients' current needs and goals.
Together we work to solve troublesome situational or long-standing problems leading to living one's best life now.
Using client-centered methods, we begin with your unique point of view to address a range of problems such as depression/anxiety, life crisis/life stage, relationships, parenting, trauma resolution/post trauma (PTSD) and provide understanding.
Relationship issues are often at the heart of the matter and the opportunity is provided here to focus and improve upon them in a safe and confidential setting.
As an experienced psychologist I am versed in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Interpersonal (IT), Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing(EMDR) therapy and psychodynamic therapies as well as other modalities and use a multi-modal approach & techniques tailored to each specific circumstance or situation.
